HSIM is an immigration case management platform built for consultancies handling multiple visa programs and client applications. We replaced disconnected spreadsheets, emails, and paper files with a single system that centralises client records, document management, consultant workflows, deadline tracking, and secure client communication. The platform includes a consultant CRM, client self-service portal, document vault, and automated case progress tracking across web and mobile.

THE PROBLEM

HSIM consultants managed active visa cases across spreadsheets, email inboxes, and physical client folders. Every new enquiry had to be manually copied into spreadsheets, while supporting documents were stored in separate folders with no consistent structure.

There was no central place to view the status of every client. Deadline tracking relied on individual consultants using personal calendars, making it difficult to monitor upcoming submissions, missing documents, or inactive cases.

Case ownership depended entirely on the assigned consultant. If someone was unavailable or left the company, their cases became difficult for the rest of the team to understand because client history, conversations, and documents were scattered across different systems.
