NexusHaul needed a centralized Transportation Management System to replace disconnected spreadsheets, phone calls, and manual dispatch processes. THE PROBLEM

The business was managing dispatch through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and spreadsheets. Load assignments, driver communication, and delivery updates were scattered across multiple tools with no centralized workflow.

Drivers submitted proof of delivery using photos on their personal phones, while invoices and carrier settlements were created manually after matching paperwork. There was no real-time visibility into shipment status or completed deliveries.

As the fleet and customer base expanded, manual processes became increasingly difficult to manage. The business needed a scalable Transportation Management System that could automate operations from quote to cash.
